Pastor Rusty Davidson, Co-Senior Pastor
Family: Rusty is married to Julie Davidson. They were married in 1990 and currently live in Loganville. They have two daughters: Kelsey a student at Grayson High School and Bailey a student at Bay Creek Middle School.
Education: Rusty completed his Bachelor of Science in Communications at Abilene Christian University in 1989. He received his Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft Worth, Texas in 2001. He was licensed to the Gospel ministry by Harvest Baptist Church (SBC) in Watauga, Texas in December of 1999 and ordained the Gospel ministry by Peachtree Corners Baptist Church (SBC) in Norcross, Georgia in August 2000. |

Notable: Rusty worked for 10 years for General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) after graduating from ACU. He had worked with several ministry organizations including 10 years with Promise Keepers. He served as the Event Volunteer Director of the Atlanta Promise Keepers Conferences in 2006 and 2008. He has also served as Moderator of the Gwinnett Metro Baptist Association.
Hobbies, likes, interests: Rusty loves sports and follows several teams from his home state of Texas. He enjoys playing baseball, softball, soccer, indoor soccer, and most any other competitive sport. He is an avid reader usually in the process of reading 4-5 books from different genre at one time. He enjoys hanging out with his family whether it is playing games or watching their favorite TV shows. |
